Larry Stangel aka - Amazing Larry

A multifaceted performer, originally from Quincy Massachusetts, Larry started performing magic at the age of 10. Known for his offbeat sense of humor and amazing magic skill, The Amazing Larry has a talent for making people laugh and enjoy being fooled. For more than 25 years Larry has been amazing audiences with his brand of magic and comedy all over New England, he has also graced the stage of the Grand Sierra resort in Reno Nevada.

Whether it's headlining a show or opening for some of the bigger acts in the business, Larry is happy for each opportunity to amaze and entertain another audience. Larry’s act has something for everyone; having entertained at night clubs, corporate events, private parties, fairs, festivals and even a wedding or two. Whether it's a small venue or a large stage Larry has something to offer in the way of fun filled magical entertainment.

Larry’s favorite performing venues are small intimate gatherings and night clubs. Larry states that “This is exactly what we have at the Windjammer in Westerly”. The stage is perfect for my club act and allows me to share my favorite brand of magic and humor. Family audiences are my favorite crowds; it’s rewarding to see a parent or child reacting to seeing their love ones who get to participate in the fun and magic."

Larry now makes his home in North Smithfield Rhode Island and is happy to be home and performing locally for the summer months.
